D.C.’s Chaz French continues to deliver visuals from his big label debut album True Colors. Following “Way Out” comes a Shomi Patwary-directed clip for “Hol Up,” Chaz’s collaboration with fellow Washingtonian Shy Glizzy…the two can be seen enjoying a day — and night — out with some very attractive company, which trippy special effects adding to the viewers’ experience (some behind the scenes footage of the action can be found here).
Enjoy “Hol Up” above and — if you’re missing out — pick up the very dope True Colors here…you can also check out our own digital cover interview with the ThreeSixEight/Motown-signed artist. In related news, Shy Glizzy also has something to celebrate: “Crew” (his collaboration with another D.C. artist, GoldLink) has earned him a Gold Platinum plaque.
