Following his latest collaboration with Drake, Nigerian star WizKid is back with a new single titled “African Bad Gyal,” which features — interestingly enough — Drake’s frenemy Chris Brown.
As with everything WizKid makes, the Afrobeats cut is dance-floor ready, with both artists singing sweet nothings for any (African) women within earshot:
Girl you dey do me something something
Ye dey do me like you gonna
I see the fire, bring the rice
Burnin’ like a cigarette
Baby girl are you from Ghana?
Or you call me from Somalia?
Ah you call me from Uganda?
Or ya call me from Nigeria?
Stream “African Bad Gyal” below, which is said to appear on WizKid’s forthcoming album Sounds From The Other Side, which drops July 14th (pre-order here). If you missed it, you can check out the Drizzy-assisted “Come Closer” here.
