A legend was born!
Singer, John Legend and wife, Chrissy Teigen welcomed a bundle of joy into their lives. “She’s here! We are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy,” said the couple who announced the birth of their first child on social media on Sunday; their daughter was born on Thursday, April 14th. The baby girl who weighted 6 lbs., 11 oz. is named Luna Simone Stephens.
The coupled who married back in 2013 announced that they were expecting their first child back in October after opening up regarding fertility issues. The 30-year-old model spoke on her struggles of conceiving and how she had to undergo IVF treatments. Back in February she told People Magazine exclusively that she hand picked a female embryo. “I’ve made this decision. Not only am I having a girl, but I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, ‘Let’s put in the girl.’ ”
