After locking in his EGOT status, John Legend returns to music…and he’s got a cause to go with it. This past week sees a new visual from the singer titled “Preach,” which was directed by Dominique DeLeon and — if you watch the visual from YouTube directly — allows viewers to donate to FREEAMERICA, “a campaign to transform America’s criminal justice system.” Said Legend about the clip:
“Sometimes we can get so frustrated by the news and what’s going on and there’s this battle going on in ourselves. Do we become apathetic? Do we become engaged? Do we just talk about it, or do we do something?”
