1. Where you from and what’s the meaning of being an owner?
“I’m from Little Rock, Arkansas … Being a owner means everything to me … It means I have something I can call my own and I can leave for my son. We all they got in the world today!”
2. Who are your influences and role models?
“My mom and dad are my biggest role models. One of my world influencers are Eric Thomas Motivational speaker.”
3. How’d you first fall in love with hip-hop culture and culture?
“Jay-z / Blue Print 2, and Lil Wayne / Da Carter 2. The lyrics they was speaking was straight hate and facts… That was back when rappers was actually talking bout something.”

5. How do you feel about the world right now and do you feel like this is the time to come together and why?
“The world is crazy right now, but it’s crazy for a reason. A lot of injustice has been going on for years and it’s time for that shit to end. For that reason alone is why everyone need to come together.”
6. What’s your motivation?
“My self… If you can’t motivate your self then it’s going to be hard to get others to truly motivate you! Then of course my family I do it all for them !! Have to leave a good legacy for my son!”
7. Father’s Day was this week, how essential is the black man in this society, what‘s the biggest gem to give to your son?
“A father in the black society is very important! Children today need a lot of guidance with all the negativity and distractions in the world. As a Physical Science teacher I deal with a lot of student single mom homes, which produce the most problematic child. Not saying they can’t change, but the signs are displayed a lot sooner than a two parent house hold! Yes I’m educator as well.”

“G Fresh Meal Prep was created to influence healthy eating while taking away the hassle of having to cook your own food. Also, encouraging a overall active lifestyle! With our balanced out meals it’s guaranteed to start you off in the right direction to your weight goals. My self currently going though a transformation I understand how difficult it is changing a eating habit. Let alone knowing what to cook. 9. What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned about taking a chance on yourself?
“The biggest I would say is don’t be afraid to fail… Might just be a blessing in disguise.”
10. How important is health and how can you keep a balance?
“With me being a health enthusiast optimum health is Everything! Good Health fuels you to achieve those day to day activities that you need to be great. Health related issues is keeping the black community down and in reason I started G Fresh Meal Prep.
11. Any advice you can give to the youth on starting a positive path in wellness?
“Put the cell phone and game controller down and get active. Trust the process.”
