Chicago, Illinois, alternative rapper, nocloud, shares with us his brand new single, “Half Pint.”
With his evocative lyrics and atmospheric arrangements, nocloud has successfully achieved a genre blending sound that is uniquely his own.
Highlighting themes of addiction and struggles with mental health, nocloud’s powerful vocals glide smoothly over moody productions which fuse R&B, indie, and alternative stylings. At the same time, nocloud has mastered a menacing trap sound, further exemplifying his versatility with grimy, 808-shattering sonics.
2018 saw the release of his debut album, Memoirs of You and I, and his popular EP, Chamomile, was released a year later. This year, nocloud has also shared a constant stream of singles, including “Yellow Pills,” “When I see Your Face Again,” featuring Lil Lotus, and “Moves” featuring Zubin.
Now at the top of 2020, nocloud began exploring a darker, more sinister trap sound.
