You can see it full, but yesterday saw Kendrick Lamar joining his equally-deserving peers as a recipient of a Pulitzer Prize for last year’s DAMN. This makes him the first Hip-Hop artist to earn such an achievement.

As stated on the official website (where you can see all of the other recipients):

[DAMN. is] a virtuosic song collection unified by its vernacular authenticity and rhythmic dynamism that offers affecting vignettes capturing the complexity of modern African-American life.
