I’ve gotta say, Midwest music has been among my favorite lately. With cats like Freddie Gibbs, Richie Bux & King Kap going crazy as of late, the well has been busted open for more to make their presence known. Never the one to miss an opportunity, Ohio native 195 China comes forward with his new EP, Flip House.
Clocking in at a solid 11 tracks, Flip House is a melodically driven, solid body of work from the man also known as Big China. “Palms Keep Sweating” & “One Cut” stand out among the early candidates to pop while “Trampoline Zips” was a personal favorite. Produced by Nineteen94, the track carries an eerie horn loop that keeps you in pocket as China eases you to the finish line.
Check out, Flip House here, & be sure to keep an eye on the Payed In Hunnits Entertainment artist.
