Hollywood, California. It’s a place where stars are made and dreams come true. We’ve all heard about the marvelous film studios and glamours industry parties that dominate the city’s lure, but just a few miles outside of Tinseltown in Glendale, there’s a sense of normalcy among the chaos. Coming up in this environment, native Kellie Evans used her church choir background to propel herself to being an artist. Checking in to the magazine for the first time, she drops off her Young Thunder assisted track, “Spotlights.”
Sticking to the theme of her hometown, as well as a clean but smooth vocal performance, Evans demonstrates her potential to become a force in both Pop and Gospel music, if she chooses. Working on her untitled but sure-to-come EP, “Spotlights” serves as a nice appetizer before the main course.
Check out the track below and get familiar with Kellie Evans.
