Repping Phoenix, Arizona, 4-man-group Creative Mindz checks into the RESPECT. Magazine pages for the first time with their infectious new track, “Who Frontin’.” Though the eldest member, Doc Jay, is from Los Angeles, the group formed in June of last year when Doc linked with Statistik, Hex and AI-I, all of which are from Phoenix. Sharing a chemistry that is overly evident on, “Who Frontin’,” as well as a few other tracks on Doc’s, Issa DOC Beat project, it’s easy to see how they were able to mesh so quickly.
With a track like this under their belt, it won’t be long before the rapping-quartet is bursting out of the desert region. Check out the song below and be sure to keep an eye on Creative Mindz.
