SoulGroupUniverse drop their own rendition of Dave East, G Herbo, and Don Q’s ‘No Hook‘ record. The Queens-bred group, which consists of four main members, Stargiela, 808, Chello & Saj, accompany the freestyle with the official music video.
Each member has their own distinct approach/style of making music but still represents the grimy undertone of NYC hip hop. The group has been gaining traction in the past two years with over 1million+ streams on platoforms such as Soundcloud & Youtube, and recognition from some of NYC’s Top DJs. DJ Spinking, DJ Spade, DJ SussOne, and DJ Self to name a few.
An impressive group to say the least, Soul Group Universe brings a quality of rap to the game that not only we haven’t seen/heard in a while, but a sound that can only be created in the gritty city streets of New York.
