Seems like trouble always seems to find its way into Chris Brown‘s life. But, whatever it may be, he never lets it come between him and his music. Just hours after he was released from jail posting $250,000 bail, Breezy dropped a new track titled “What Would You Do,” for his fans.
The R&B singer/rapper, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Former beauty queen, Baylee Curran, spoke to multiple media outlets, accusing Brown of pointing a gun at her in his home. But, I’m not here to focus on the negative – if you want to read more about the incident you can read more here.
However, I am here to acknowledge the fact that even after the drama, Brown kept pushing and focused on his music. He took to his Instagram to tell fans that despite everything going on, he’s going to drop some new music.
You would think he would drop a track that would relate to his current situation. His new song “What Would You Do?” sounds like a title reflecting the drama, but the lyrics demonstrate otherwise. The track is an upbeat, dance heavy song that you could find yourself on the dance floor jamming to.
The singer says “What do you do? Fighting for your life and no one’s on your side / I can’t stand to lose / You see you’re in too deep and don’t know where to hide / I got a question, what do you do?”
Breezy has been working on his upcoming album ‘Heartbreak on a Full Moon.‘
Avoid the drama and listen to his new track above!
