BoBo the 20 yr old Producer/MC from Newark, NJ is working on his new project and is having fun with it. When asked about his music and influences BoBo says:
“I was influenced overall in life more than just listening to music. My family influenced me, my friends. Women that I have relationships with, Every song I have ever liked, Hey Arnold (cartoon) are all things that influenced me and helped me shape my project.“
When asked about the direction of his current project (not titled) BoBo says:
“The project is definitely hip hop I would say. Its an overall experience. More than just a song. Its a piece of my life. My goal with it is for people to live with it and enjoy it. When I was creating this project I felt very connected to Lauren hill as an artist. I felt it was only right to add her in the overall story of the project.”
What’s unique about BoBo? He answers:
“The unique part about me is I’m me. I’m not trying to be anything, I’m just being me and however it’s received its received.”
New Jersey has been birthing a lot of dope rappers/singers lately and today it continues with the release of BoBo’s new video, “JaCkie Chan.”
In the video the young producer/rapper takes you on a ride around his hometown of Newark, NJ in his go-kart.
