Phlegm is currently in Southern Asia. His new piece is set on the walls of Tangalla, a southern province of Sri Lanka. The British artist delivers a strong mural using cheap Indian car paints. His understanding of shapes goes far beyond materialistic qualities. His signature figures carry with them colored birds in cages. His use of proportion (character to wall) give a new dimension to the space with which he is playing.
Enjoy.
