Sheffield-based street artist Phlegm is making waves across Europe this week with a new nautical themed mural in London, and most recently, he painted a piece entitled “Calibrating the Seeing Device” in Croatia (pictured above). This piece is painted on the side of an old bomb shelter in Dugave, while the nautical piece was done at the Zetland House in Shoreditch. We’re continuously amazed and impressed by Phlegm, and we hope to see more of his signature style continue to pop-up around the globe.
