If you weren’t at Met Life Stadium yesterday or if you missed the live ustream, don’t worry, you can watch the important sets in full now. While sound was an issue throughout the night, Summer Jam 2014 was one of the most memorable concerts in the show’s history. Wiz Khalifa got the surprises rolling early in the day by bringing out Snoop Dogg.
Later on, Nas rocked on the crowd and was noticeably energized the whole night. He went on to bring out Meek Mill, but that wasn’t the biggest surprise of his set. After “Hate Me Now,” Nas introduced 50 Cent who went right into a troubled performance of “I Get Money.” The technical issues would get resolved shortly, though, and Curtis proceeded to bring out Fabolous to debut their “Cuffing Season” remix. And, of course, the biggest surprise of the night came with the reunion of G-Unit.
Nicki Minaj’s set focused on mostly new material, with an importance placed on her spitting bars. She would go on to bring out both Drake and Lil Wayne for “Trophies’ and “Believe Me.” among a few other joints. Watch everything below, including Nipsey Hussle and Action Bronson‘s day sets.
