Denver heavy-hitter, Trev Rich, shares his fiery new album, NOVA. The 12-track project boasts some impressive production courtesy of, Blonko Beats, Sharke, GotDamnitDupri, BeatsByWin, Mysticc, and Lust.

With his club-ready single, “Knots,” still gaining momentum, the rising rapper enlists, TheyCallHimAP, as the only feature on the new project; allowing Trev Rich to shine and show his range.

From rapping candidly about the darker sides of the music industry on the intro, “Nova,” to serving catchy bangers for those late-night drives with “Skrt.“

“See the definition of a Nova is a star showing a sudden large increase in brightness and then slowly returning to its original state over a few months. I honestly feel like that’s me. I don’t like fame. I don’t like clout. I come out to shine my light through dope music and disappear again. I come out to release some energy into the world and go back in hiding,” Trev shares with us.

Denver artist, Trev Rich, delivers his brand new hitter titled, “Knots.”

This time last year Trev Rich was celebrating the news that ‘Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse’ won an Oscar for Best Animated Feature since he co-wrote the song “Elevate” on the soundtrack.

After announcing that his forthcoming album, NOVA, is set to release Thursday, April 9th, Trev Rich connected with Denver radio station, KS 107.5, for the official premiere of his new single “Knots” featuring Rena Camille.

The WIN (@BeatsByWin), produced record samples Mystikal’s “Here I Go,” and Memphis own D.J. Sound Productions & Da Frayser Clique, which adds the perfect dose of Southern flavor to the single, “Knots.”

“Knots reminded me of some old 3-6 mafia inspired with me and Rena Camille going back and forth like Juicy J and La Chat did on the “Baby Mama” joint. I love the energy of the record,” Trev Rich shares with us.

Last week a radio rip of The-Dream’s new single “That’s My Shit” was released and today we have the CDQ version of the single with all the features. The-Dream has enlisted not only T.I. but Trev Rich out of Colorado to bring a nice touch to the record. Joe Budden’s Loose Quarter mixtape will be arriving on November 23. One of the tracks off the tape is a sequel to his classic 9-minute opus “All of Me,” from Mood Muzik 3.

Here, he picks up right where that left off and examines his newfound fame, while expressing his admiration for his latest girlfriend (of whom you’ve seen plenty in his Twitter avatars).
