Please introduce yourself and your company:

“My name is Anthony, CEO of Trillest Entertainment. We are the global leader in digital music marketing and management working with 10k plus artists annually all around the world.

After becoming the first in my family to graduate college (with honors) and obtaining a degree in Sociology, I decided to travel around the world. I’ve already lived all over the U.S. and spent 10 years living on an island in Hawaii, then decided to move to South America where I’ve been living for the last few years. Life is short. The best way to enjoy it is to travel and see new places and experience new cultures.”

Tell us about how your started Trillest Entertainment:

“I started the company while in college by combining my passion for music, primarily hip hop, and digital marketing. The internet has really revolutionized the game and made it very easy for an artist to go viral overnight and get their music heard globally. However, it’s also become very over saturated. This is why it’s essential to have an experienced marketing team behind you with the resources you need to get your music global exposure.”

What makes your company unique?

“What makes us unique is we are the only promo company in the industry that has access to and offers exclusive features on over 250 global hip hop magazines, blogs, and websites as well as 50 plus Spotify playlists. We also work with artists of all budgets and backgrounds, including major artists with multi-million dollar record deals and independent artists looking to get their music heard globally.

Everything is done with integrity and in a timely manner. We also treat all of our artists like family. We genuinely care about helping artists succeed, rather than just making a profit like most of these PR companies. We always encourage artists to shop around and when they do, they always find that we have the largest selection of media outlets available as well as the lowest prices.

Tell us about your promo packages…

“All of our promo packages have a 24 hour or less turnaround time and include magazine, blog, and website features, major media outlet interviews, social media promo, email blasts, as well as major Spotify playlist placements. We try to make our packages as thorough and extensive as possible, while also keeping the prices affordable.”

How long have you been in business?

“We’ve been in the game 10 plus years, every year we’ve increased our clients and revenue. We project to hit well over 6 figures in 2020, that’s without spending a dime to market our services. In this industry, reputation is everything and if you do good business people will naturally come back and talk about you. We are top ranked on Google and have other PR companies calling us the best. That’s when you know you’re winning.”

What has been the key to your success?

“The key to success has always been keeping God first. You have to stay hungry, but also humble. There’s always room for growth and improvement, no matter how successful you are. You can never get content because that’s when growth stops. The game is always changing and you have to adapt to new trends while also being the trend. Another element that’s crucial for success is your ability to network and form relationships with the right people. The industry is much smaller then it seems. Everyone who’s someone important is in the same circle and that circle is pretty small.”

Who are some of your biggest clients?

“We work with thousands of artists annually, some of the more notable artists we’ve promoted include: Rich The Kid, Dave East, Styles P, Sheek Louch, iLoveMakonnen, Vinny Cha$e, Cool & Dre, Chopper City, Devin The Dude, Bobo Norco, Stitches the Rapper, DJ Khaled, 6 Tre G, Snoop Dogg, E-40, Mistah Fab, Kevin Gates, Lou Armstrong, the late and great Nipsey Hussle as well as his DJ, DJ V.I.P., and many others.”

Where can artists contact you if they need music promotion?

“We are always looking for new talented artists who want to get their music heard globally. You can visit our website: TrillestEntertainment.com or contact us on IG/Twitter: @TrillestEnt.”

Gearing up for the release of his forthcoming album, More Politics, MA native/ rap veteran, Termanology, unleashes the visuals to his most recent single “I Dream Big” with the heavyweight assist of The LOX‘s Styles P and Sheek Louch. As if that wasn’t ill enough, the record is also produced by Buckwild, who’s known to be one of the greatest in his craft.

The new album has a crazy line up of guest appearances and quality production from some of the most credible names in hip-hop. Check out the tracklist below and be sure to peep the visual at the top of the page. Feel free to show love in the comments section or hit us on twitter!

I am very excited to get back to my original formula of composing an album with nothing but legends behind the boards” Term states. “Even though I have done a bunch of projects with other artists, including collaborative albums with Statik Selektah and Lil Fame of MOP, among others (EP’s and mixtapes), More Politics is my second official album. I’m very proud of it and I can’t wait to see how the fans react to it. One of the most exciting things about working on a new project is connecting with people you haven’t worked with before. In this case that would be Just Blaze, Dame Grease, Q-Tip & J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League; all producers I am a big fan of. Having them on the album is truly a blessing. — Termanology

It wouldn’t be a proper summer without a series of warm-weather bangers dropping out of the sky to lace our playlists. And the latest track to fit that bill is producer/deejay, Infamous DJ Haze’s “I Love NY,” a fittingly titled track that shows love to the city that never sleeps by enlisting some of its finest emcees.

In addition to rising artist, Dax MPIRE, it features lively appearances by New York bruisers Sheek Louch (of The Lox and D-Block) and Uncle Murda. The two Hip-Hop vets flex their rhyming muscles across the super-hype instrumental, which interestingly enough flips a familiar sample used to show love to the opposite coast. That’s right: it’s the very same Joe Cocker flip made famous on 2Pac and Dr. Dre’s mid-’90s classic, “California Love.”

Infamous DJ Haze has thoroughly updated it, though, with a modern sound brimming with huge drums and oozing with swagger. At the same time, he’s also remained true to what made “California Love” such a summer staple. That means “I Love NY” absolutely slaps and features a hook that’ll stay embedded in your brain for days. Good luck not singing along the second time that chorus hits; it’s an earworm for sure. “I Love NY” is now available for stream below.

Wiggins Village may sound more like a stop in Candy Land than the public housing development that it is, but there’s surely nothing that sweet about the rhymes of the Providence, Rhode Island duo, TNT. Emcees T da Solja and Tommy G.U.N.S. have been garnering buzz around the east coast with their upcoming mixtape L.O.D.B (Last of A Dying Breed), which is set to drop early this year. With this track “Throw It Up,” the duo are clearly aspiring to reach new levels in accolades with the help of a different duo legendary in their own right. On the auto-tuned assisted track, Sheek Louch and Jadakiss continue with LOX’s latest (and welcomed) trend of being ubiquitous on the airwaves by helping to bring a characteristically New York flow to the solid club banger. With a chorus like, “I’ma throw it up, and watch it come down, here she come, she sliding on down,” it quite possibly may be the next great pole anthem.

Maybe the drum line from Rakim‘s “Paid In Full” over a sample of “Think Big” by Pudgee featuring Biggie? Luckily for us, they combine forces on The Lox‘ new track named after their hometown. Everyone supplies their fair share of slick jabs. Kiss has our favorite, though: “Just look at the ratio of the lames winnin / Still gettin fellatio from the same women.” Keeps those eyes peeled for the upcoming Trinity EP.

He starts off crazy strong, rolling his Rs, “Ivan Drago, leaning out the Mercialago / Cops is lookin’ like the god is Pablo,” and he just gets better from there.
