January is already looking like an influential month for hip-hop music. American hip-hop duo, Run the Jewels got their fans on the edge of their seats for what is to come in the new year. Run the Jewels announced the release date of their new album as well as dropping their audacious new track “Legend Has It.” The track is the third contribution to the upcoming album and follows the previous released tracks “Talk to Me” and “2100.”

The highly anticipated third self-titled album, RTJ3 is set to release January 13th and fans are definitely hype to hear the new project in full. To celebrate the new album to come they released “Legend Has It” today; a track produced by Little Shalimar & Wilder Zoby. RTJ3 will be available as a free download and self-released.

Run the Jewels is here to stay and is dominating a venue near you very soon.  Members, El-P and Killer Mike have numerous tour dates beginning in January. Be on the lookout for RTJ3 on January 13^th and make sure to check “Legend Has It” above.
