ItsBizkit Calls on Jadakiss & DreamDoll For – “Outside Wit It (Remix)”

The grind don’t stop…..

ItsBizkit clearly hasn’t been sitting around the crib during the pandemic struggle. The world’s biggest blogger turned rapper connects with living rap legend Jadakiss and BX-based DreamDoll for his latest summer heater, “Outside Wit It”.

While the OG version has already received heavy streaming numbers, the remix has been getting support on mainstream radio as well. Biz offers charismatic rhymes over heavy production by Fast Life Beats, and now, the single hits a new level with the assist of Kiss and DreamDoll, who both deliver rewind-worthy, notable bars.

From references to Tory Lanez and COVID-19 to snarling sh*t-talk, this is classic mixtape-level Kiss we’re hearing on here. It’s only fitting given how much the two artists have supported each other over the years, and it’s led to an organic pairing that 2020 deserves in the best way possible. And then there’s DreamDoll; who’s appealing delivery and timely lyrics pay homage to Pop Smoke, Breonna Taylor and the Black Lives Matter movement.

This past week (May 1st, 2020) after a long hiatus, J-Bizz previously released his brand new single, “1st” produced by Cash Money Ap. Now only a week later he returns with another new hitter titled, “Lvl Up;” serving as the third official single to his forthcoming EP, and an ode to starting fresh and leaving all your troubles behind.

Be sure to keep up with J-Bizz, and be on the look out for his upcoming, Bizzness Vs. Pleasure, project scheduled for a 2020 summer release.

“Lvl Up;” releases Friday, May 8th.

What is your name and what city do you rep?

“J-Bizz, representing Framingham, Ma. I represent the true speakers, truth teachers, the underdogs, the people and the entire 508!”

What is unique about you and your music?

“Everything I rap about has either happened, almost happened, or I can relate to! I also created the “ABC 321” Flow a.k.a “Numeric Rap,” where I rap from 1 syllable per bar up to 10, then all the way back down to 0. I actually waste an entire bar during the process. Oh, and It’s trademarked too! Also my cadence and versatility as well. I have the ability to adapt to things very quickly and people often say I have a certain glow or presence that moves them.”

What shaped your music?

“I guess being of fan of music in general. I always wanted to include it my life in some form. At first I started off writing poetry, Throughout grade school I learned how to play the drums, recorder, and guitar. None of them I was really ‘that’ great at – I always did have a way with words though. I started writing small poems which led to me hearing a Nas song that changed my life!”

When did you realize you were going to make music professionally?

“After I wrote my first song called, “Pockets full of Rhymes.” It was sort of whack… but I believed in it! That was back in the spring of 2004 I believe. I happened to be in the 4th grade at the time.”

What type of music do you listen to?

“Everything! Hip-Hop, Rock, R&B, Reggae, and even a bit of Jazz from time to time! Maybe that explains where my versatility comes from.”

Who do you feel is the most undervalued music artist in the industry?

“Nas. Still no Grammy to this day – he’s your favorite rappers favorite rapper. He has done more for the culture than most could fathom. I would also say Jadakiss as an honorable mention. That man is Top 5 DOA. He has yet to spit a whack verse! Those are the type of things that move me…lyricism and song structure and living what you spit outside of rap.”

How do you prepare for your performances?

“I physically structure and rehearse my set-list first! Then I try to analyze the venue and crowd first hand, I always seek to start or end with something new every performance as well.”

What ignites your (song) writing flow?

“Dope beats, other great artists, freestyles that I come across on the day to day… just staying hungry and maintaining my own lane. I’m trying to be the best version of ME.”

What do you do when you don’t do music (creative or otherwise) that you are also passionate about?

“Graphic design, cooking, reading, and outdoor sports. I really do miss outside! I am also an activist and community organizer as well.”

Success to you is…

“Setting and achieving any and every goal you set your mind to. No one can define your success but you!”

What do you wish you were told when you first started rapping that you think would help artists starting out?

“How expensive and time consuming it is. I swear most rappers think they can just make a hot song, hot video and the money just comes pouring in. So much time, money, marketing, dedication, and patience is required to keep up in this over saturated field of musicians. Also taking care of all the legal work up front saves a bunch of time and hassle down the road.”

Any upcoming projects?

Bizzness Vs. Pleasure my 8th official release will be dropping July __ 2020! Stay tuned on social media for the exact date! I’m back like I never left!”

RESPECT. The Collab: AWAR – “Bricks Like ’86” (feat. Styles P & Jadakiss)

AWAR is part of a tight knit faction committed to leading New York Hip-Hop back to dominance. If you’re not familiar with his name, just know he has rapped with the best of them — including Roc Marciano, Evidence, and Freddie Gibbs — and has more than held his own.

Today, AWAR delivers the lead single from his upcoming album, “Spoils of War.” The track is titled, “Bricks Like ’86” produced by Vanderslice and featuring 2/3 of The Lox’s Styles P. and Jadakiss. The single is now available for streaming on all platforms, and is also available on a coke white 7″ featuring a non-album cut titled, “The 87 Getback” on the B-Side, that is also produced by Vanderslice. It should be obvious from the titles, these companion tracks are a throwback to the Coke era, when the rise of crack first made millionaires out of street hustlers.

AWAR’s album, “Spoils of War” is scheduled to arrive October 26, 2018. Stream below.

Since the season is almost over, it only makes sense for your favorite Rap lyricists to bring it to a close with a bang. Royce Da 5’9″ delivers a new visual for his Book Of Ryan track “Summer On Lock,” a big name posse cut that features Fabolous, Jadakiss and Pusha T. Agent Sasco (formerly — ? — know as Assassin) also provides some dope adlibs for the single as well.

RECAP: Freddy Vs Jason Tour With Fabolous & Jadakiss (Wallingford, CT)

Fabolous and Jadakiss are two of Hip-Hop’s greatest to ever pick up a mic. Both New York rappers have been displaying their lyrical skills for over a decade and have worked with each other multiple times on songs like “Keeping It Gangsta Remix” and “Kiss Your A*s Goodbye Remix” in the early 2000s. Since, they have kept their relationship close and have just dropped their collaborative new album, Friday On Elm Street.

Freddy and Jason (Fab and Jada) spent their day at the Rocnation Pre-Grammy Brunch and ended their night at the Oakdale Theatre in Connecticut. The beat of the first track, “F vs J Intro” came on and shook the entire venue. Fans screamed as loud as they could. At that moment, Fabolous and Jadakiss stepped on to the stage. The duo went back and forth playing some of their most well known songs like Fab’s “Breathe” and Jada’s “By Your Side.” Of course they spun more cuts from their newest project like “Ground Up” and “Theme Music.” They controlled the stage throughout the night.

Eventually, the show had to come to a close. Fans wanted more. The venue threatened to cut the microphones off but Fab and Kiss wouldn’t leave without one last song. “The Hope” off Fabolous’s Soul Tape 3 rang off and left fans talking about how great the show was as they walked past the exit signs. A great performance from 2 Rap legends.

Fabolous & Jadakiss Bring the “Soul Food” in New Family-Themed Visual

For their latest, Fabolous and Jadakiss drop a new black-and-white visual for “Soul Food” (produced by C-Sick), which centers on their roles as fathers (their sons even make an appearance in the emotionally-charged clip). Directed by go-to shooter Gerard Victor, it’s the second video to come from the New York duo’s collaborative album Friday On Elm Street.
