Lil Wayne’s 2015 record Free Weezy Album will celebrate its five year anniversary on July 4, and to celebrate the record is finally available outside of TIDAL.

When FWA dropped, it was only available to stream on TIDAL. Now it’s up on both Spotify and Apple Music for the first time, but it’s arrived with a somewhat different tracklist. “He’s Dead,” the James Brown-sampling “I Feel Good,” “Without You” featuring Bibi Bourelly, and “Thinking Bout You” are missing. Originally released in 2015, the 15-song FWA — Wayne’s 11th studio effort — featured guest appearances by Wiz Khalifa, Young Jeezy, Cory Gunz, Black Uhuru’s Junior Reid and singer/songwriter Jake Troth. The re-release, which dropped today via Young Money Records/Republic Records, includes 13 of the original tracks, along with the bonus song “We Livin’ Like That.”

Stream Free Weezy Album below; it’s got appearances from Jeezy, Wiz Khalifa, Cory Gunz, Capito, Hoodybaby, and more, plus production from London on da Track, Infamous, Cool & Dre, and others.

Please introduce yourself and your company:

“My name is Anthony, CEO of Trillest Entertainment. We are the global leader in digital music marketing and management working with 10k plus artists annually all around the world.

After becoming the first in my family to graduate college (with honors) and obtaining a degree in Sociology, I decided to travel around the world. I’ve already lived all over the U.S. and spent 10 years living on an island in Hawaii, then decided to move to South America where I’ve been living for the last few years. Life is short. The best way to enjoy it is to travel and see new places and experience new cultures.”

Tell us about how your started Trillest Entertainment:

“I started the company while in college by combining my passion for music, primarily hip hop, and digital marketing. The internet has really revolutionized the game and made it very easy for an artist to go viral overnight and get their music heard globally. However, it’s also become very over saturated. This is why it’s essential to have an experienced marketing team behind you with the resources you need to get your music global exposure.”

What makes your company unique?

“What makes us unique is we are the only promo company in the industry that has access to and offers exclusive features on over 250 global hip hop magazines, blogs, and websites as well as 50 plus Spotify playlists. We also work with artists of all budgets and backgrounds, including major artists with multi-million dollar record deals and independent artists looking to get their music heard globally.

Everything is done with integrity and in a timely manner. We also treat all of our artists like family. We genuinely care about helping artists succeed, rather than just making a profit like most of these PR companies. We always encourage artists to shop around and when they do, they always find that we have the largest selection of media outlets available as well as the lowest prices.

Tell us about your promo packages…

“All of our promo packages have a 24 hour or less turnaround time and include magazine, blog, and website features, major media outlet interviews, social media promo, email blasts, as well as major Spotify playlist placements. We try to make our packages as thorough and extensive as possible, while also keeping the prices affordable.”

How long have you been in business?

“We’ve been in the game 10 plus years, every year we’ve increased our clients and revenue. We project to hit well over 6 figures in 2020, that’s without spending a dime to market our services. In this industry, reputation is everything and if you do good business people will naturally come back and talk about you. We are top ranked on Google and have other PR companies calling us the best. That’s when you know you’re winning.”

What has been the key to your success?

“The key to success has always been keeping God first. You have to stay hungry, but also humble. There’s always room for growth and improvement, no matter how successful you are. You can never get content because that’s when growth stops. The game is always changing and you have to adapt to new trends while also being the trend. Another element that’s crucial for success is your ability to network and form relationships with the right people. The industry is much smaller then it seems. Everyone who’s someone important is in the same circle and that circle is pretty small.”

Who are some of your biggest clients?

“We work with thousands of artists annually, some of the more notable artists we’ve promoted include: Rich The Kid, Dave East, Styles P, Sheek Louch, iLoveMakonnen, Vinny Cha$e, Cool & Dre, Chopper City, Devin The Dude, Bobo Norco, Stitches the Rapper, DJ Khaled, 6 Tre G, Snoop Dogg, E-40, Mistah Fab, Kevin Gates, Lou Armstrong, the late and great Nipsey Hussle as well as his DJ, DJ V.I.P., and many others.”

Where can artists contact you if they need music promotion?

“We are always looking for new talented artists who want to get their music heard globally. You can visit our website: TrillestEntertainment.com or contact us on IG/Twitter: @TrillestEnt.”

In late March 2016, Fat Joe & Remy Ma released a new track titled “All The Way Up” featuring French Montana, Infared and production from Cool & Dre and Edsclusive. Since it’s release, the track has been gaining significant traction, and has even began reaching “anthem” status in NYC.

Last week, the official remix was released featuring Jay Z. This is significant considering Fat Joe and Jay Z have never really been on the best terms, despite hailing from the same state and appearing on multiple DJ Khaled tracks together. Regardless, the beef appears to be squashed, and the product is a remix that has been catching the attention of hip-hop fans everywhere. Jay Z put forth a verse that understandably had fans and Twitter talking, when he acknowledged Lemonade, Beyonce’s most recent album bringing to light possible infidelity in their marriage “Lemonade is a popular drink and it still is.” Fat Joe and Remy Ma also came through with brand new verses, something that happens all too rarely with a remix.

With Memorial Day Weekend in full swing, Montreal-based Twitter user @Kontosone has dropped off a must-have addition to your BBQ playlist. With all the hype surrounding the new remix of “All The Way Up,” its no surprise that other rappers have began releasing their own versions, and now thanks to @Kontosone, you can hear it all in one place. Being dubbed the official “megamix,” you can now listen to an almost nine minute compilation of the original verses, in addition to new verses from Fabolous, Meek Mill, and Jadakiss. While fans prepare for Fat Joe and Remy Ma’s rumored joint album, Platas O Plomo, listen to the megamix below.

We’ve all heard the stories of record labels and the ups and downs being contracted with one may cause. Here and now BET network is taking us all behind the scenes of some of the greats. Tonight, May 17th at 8:00 ET and 9:00 ET make sure to tune into the first part of the eight-episode-docs-series. Uptown Records is the first up in the spotlight to dig into all the dirt, good and bad with a Part I and Part II episode of the journey. Some of Hip Hop’s most iconic labels will be featured in the eight-week series for one-hour long like, Grand Hustle, Loud Records, Slip-N-Slide, Terror Squad, Ruff Ryders, Disturbing Tha Peace (DTP), and Murder Inc.

Founder, Andre Harrell will be among the industry insiders like, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige, Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, and Guy’s Teddy Riley and Damion Hall giving they’re unique takes on Uptown’s success, legacy, and so much more. We can expect to see some never-before-seen footage in an up close, first-person narrative kinda way. The series is executive produced by A. Smith & Co. Productions and DTP co-founders Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Bridges’ manager Chaka Zulu, and Jeff Dixon.

“The dreams and visions; the successes and failures … we want young aspiring entrepreneurs to have a blueprint as to what really goes on in this business and understand how much work it takes,” says DTP’s Dixon of the inspiration behind the series. “We [as African-Americans] also want to document our own history, especially in this industry. This is like our natural resource. No one can tell these stories like us.”

According to Billboard, these are some of the other power players that will be “playing” in each episode of Inside the Label:
