<p>This past week (<strong>May 1st, 2020</strong>) after a long hiatus, <strong>J-Bizz</strong> previously released his brand new single, &#8220;<strong>1st</strong>&#8221; produced by <strong>Cash Money Ap</strong>. Now only a week later he returns with another new hitter titled, &#8220;<strong>Lvl Up</strong>;&#8221; serving as the third official single to his forthcoming EP, and an ode to starting fresh and leaving all your troubles behind.<br />
<strong><br />
</strong>Be sure to keep up with J-Bizz, and be on the look out for his upcoming, <strong><em>Bizzness Vs. Pleasure</em></strong>, project scheduled for a  2020 summer release.</p>
<p>&#8220;Lvl Up;&#8221; releases <strong>Friday</strong>, <strong>May 8th</strong>.</p>
<div><b>What is your name and what city do you rep?</b></div>
<div>&#8220;J-Bizz, representing <strong>Framingham, Ma</strong>. I represent the true speakers, truth teachers, the underdogs, the people and the entire 508!&#8221;</div>
<div><b>What is unique about you and your music?<br />
</b></div>
<div>&#8220;Everything I rap about has either happened, almost happened, or I can relate to! I also created the &#8220;ABC 321&#8221; Flow a.k.a &#8220;Numeric Rap,&#8221; where I rap from 1 syllable per bar up to 10, then all the way back down to 0. I actually waste an entire bar during the process. Oh, and It&#8217;s trademarked too! Also my cadence and versatility as well. I have the ability to adapt to things very quickly and people often say I have a certain glow or presence that moves them.&#8221;</div>
<div><b>What shaped your music?<br />
</b></div>
<div>&#8220;I guess being of fan of music in general. I always wanted to include it my life in some form. At first I started off writing poetry, Throughout grade school I learned how to play the drums, recorder, and guitar. None of them I was really &#8216;that&#8217; great at – I always did have a way with words though. I started writing small poems which led to me hearing a <strong>Nas</strong> song that changed my life!&#8221;</div>
<div><b>When did you realize you were going to make music professionally?</b></div>
<div>&#8220;After I wrote my first song called, &#8220;<strong>Pockets full of Rhymes</strong>.&#8221; It was sort of whack&#8230; but I believed in it! That was back in the spring of 2004 I believe. I happened to be in the 4th grade at the time.&#8221;</div>
<div><b>What type of music do you listen to?<br />
</b></div>
<div>&#8220;Everything! Hip-Hop, Rock, R&amp;B, Reggae, and even a bit of Jazz from time to time! Maybe that explains where my versatility comes from.&#8221;</div>
<div><strong>Who do you feel is the most undervalued music artist in the industry?</strong></div>
<div></div>
<div>&#8220;Nas. Still no Grammy to this day – he&#8217;s your favorite rappers favorite rapper. He has done more for the culture than most could fathom. I would also say <strong>Jadakiss</strong> as an honorable mention. That man is Top 5 DOA. He has yet to spit a whack verse! Those are the type of things that move me&#8230;lyricism and song structure and living what you spit outside of rap.&#8221;</div>
<div><b>How do you prepare for your performances?<br />
</b></div>
<div>&#8220;I physically structure and rehearse my set-list first! Then I try to analyze the venue and crowd first hand, I always seek to start or end with something new every performance as well.&#8221;</div>
<div><b>What ignites your (song) writing flow?<br />
</b></div>
<div>
<p>&#8220;Dope beats, other great artists, freestyles that I come across on the day to day&#8230; just staying hungry and maintaining my own lane. I&#8217;m trying to be the best version of ME.&#8221;</p>
</div>
<div><b>What do you do when you don&#8217;t do music (creative or otherwise) that you are also passionate about?<br />
</b></div>
<div>&#8220;Graphic design, cooking, reading, and outdoor sports. I really do miss outside! I am also an activist and community organizer as well.&#8221;</div>
<div><b>Success to you is&#8230;<br />
</b></div>
<div>
<p>&#8220;Setting and achieving any and every goal you set your mind to. No one can define your success but you!&#8221;</p>
</div>
<div><b>What do you wish you were told when you first started rapping that you think would help artists starting out?<br />
</b></div>
<div>
<p>&#8220;How expensive and time consuming it is. I swear most rappers think they can just make a hot song, hot video and the money just comes pouring in. So much time, money, marketing, dedication, and patience is required to keep up in this over saturated field of musicians. Also taking care of all the legal work up front saves a bunch of time and hassle down the road.&#8221;</p>
</div>
<div><b>Any upcoming projects?</b></div>
<div><b><br />
</b><em>Bizzness Vs. Pleasure</em> my 8th official release will be dropping July __ 2020! Stay tuned on social media for the exact date! I&#8217;m back like I never left!&#8221;</div>
<div><b>Where can we find your music /music project(s)?<br />
