Self-proclaimed “King of Rap Harmony,” Aye1 Dre delivers his new single, “Better Things.”

According to Dre, “Better Things,” was made to remind people suffering from depression that better things are to come, and to find the bright side in their current situation.
What makes this track interesting is that Aye1 Dre’s rapping career started under similar circumstances – he was dealing with his own depression and anxiety, and music offered him a way to cope with his demons.
Coming full circle with, “Better Things,” Dre says that “if (he) could get people to forget about the things that are bothering them, even for just three minutes, (his) music has did its job.”
