Street artist Jay Shells took over NYC earlier in the year with some street signs emblazoned with classic hip-hop quotes. Now he has taken his act to the left coast. LA Taco spotted a few around town, and there might be even more to be discovered. Shells also previewed a Kendrick Lamar-inspired quote on Twitter, though it has yet to be seen in the streets. Check them out below and keep your eyes peeled for more. A lot of the quotes are recent, so even if you’re new to the game, you should see something recognizable.
