Two-A-Days are rough for football players, but LA’s Chad Carr delivers an effortlessly smooth self-produced cut bearing the name. Over a bouncy beat, Carr proclaims that he’s “the greatest” until the record breaks down into a cypher-esque verse to cap off the lyrical training session. Take a listen below and check out parts one and two of the short film, “The Warning,” which he wrote. Carr’s Amusia EP is dropping later this Summer.
