R&B powerhouse Mary J. Blige first worked with London DJ duo Disclosure on a remix for “F For You” off of their debut album, Settle. This partnership proved to be a match made in heaven, and the two artists have continued to collaborate ever since. Disclosure is even working with Blige on production for her upcoming album, The London Sessions.
The latest work to come from this collaboration is “Follow,” a housey, soul jam that will put some pep in your step. Blige’s emotion-packed lyrics slide over the buttery bass-line like cream. The collaboration between the two DJ’s and Blige might have seemed unlikely at first, but the more they crank out the more we fall in love with their combined sound.
