Bay Area’s Larry June comes together with OG Maco and Iamsu! for his new single “Mad Now.” Produced by Black Key Cartel, the bass heavy, eerie cut features strong verses from the trio and a simple yet effective hook that connects the verses smoothly. This will appear on June’s upcoming project as well as a LA Leakers compilation.
Since dropping his Route 80 EP with super producer TM88, June has been on a roll, dropping quality track after track. With a new collection of music on the way, expect the San Francisco rapper to continue to make waves and gain national attention. Is he the West Coast’s next star? Time will only tell.
