Kid Cudi needed to get a few things off his chest, so he decided to hit us with a new track. “Going To The Ceremony” is an emotional joint that talks about the uncertainty of life. The beat is produced by WZRD; which is the duo of Cudi himself and Dot Da Genius. The darkness of the track really shines through due to the sinister guitar playing throughout the cut. Cudi‘s honesty is refreshing, and his voice has always let that come through in full effect. Hopefully this is the first of more new music from Cudder. Give the track a listen below.
