Billboard reports that Jay-Z has partnered with Budweiser to bring a music festival to Philly this Labor Day weekend. On September 1st and 2nd, nearly 30 acts handpicked by Jay will light up Ben Franklin Parkway in Fairmount Park, “spanning rock, hip-hop, R&B, Latin and dance genres.” The full roster will be released next Monday, and tickets will go on sale on May 23rd. Portions of the proceeds will go to United Way, the same charity that banked from Jigga’s show in Carnegie Hall earlier this year. Check back for updates!
