Ludo is a french street artist who artfully takes over billboards. His obsession with insects and technology have led to a recurrent social commentary on consumerism. Ludo’s technique is pretty common: collage and paste ups, but the contrast between the mechanic shapes and chlorophyll colors create a strong image that conveys a message.
“Everyone can say something with whatever they want,” he says, “So it’s not about technique, or about a nice style. And I like things that say something, so I don’t really care about the technique, it’s all about the message. Collage and paste ups give me allow me to do that. It’s a technique that just suits me.”
