Bakeman Global is a rising lyricist representing the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn. Bake has put in a considerable workload, which has allowed him to be identified as a promising act on the NYC indie circuit. Lyrically gifted, his pursuits in the Hip Hop genre of music date back to 2009, when he transitioned from a successful professional basketball career which afforded him the opportunity to travel the world. A studio rat as many would call him, his dedication to his craft and personable mannerism has him placed on a short list of potential break out stars.

To bring that to fruition, Bakeman Global has embodied supreme work ethic, building an impressive resume which includes licensing agreements for four of his songs which are highlighted by a multitude of major networks from ABC to HBO, and BBC TV on shows  “Angry Boys.” Recent credits include licensing on the big screen via “Call Me King” which is charted on Netflix, and “Grey Matters” a documentary which will be released world wide this year. You can watch the official trailer below.

The combination of talent and a relentless grind is what fueled his partnership with Para Music Group. Bakeman Global released his first major project in October 2019, titled A.L.I.V.E. (Adapted to Life In Various Eras). It includes the first single, “The Old You” featuring The Hamiltones.

A versatile emcee, Bake is considered the answer to the notion that lyricism no longer takes precedence in Hip-Hop. His work on The Craftmatic, The Sh*t Y’all Slept On (Hosted by DJ Gyvis of Digiwaxx) and the newly released, “Pen Wallace” proves such. The first single, “Brooklyn”, has become a crowd favorite and has landed on the radar of NYC’s Power 105.1 FM’s DJ Self. Bake is also the official brand ambassador for the urban clothing line, ‘Godsville NYC’.
