Virginia is a hotbed of bubbling talent and rising superstars. Cut from the same cloth, Jamaican-born artist Kwad is here to heir the throne with his new project, Soundboy 3. It arrives after collaborations with staple artists like Xanman and Yung Bans, who assisted with “Perfect Plug” recently.
“Soundboy 3 is a project for Virginia, but it also represents me claiming my place in the world,” Kwad states. “I just want my state to know I’m ready to put on for us.” Check out the impressive cut from Virginia’s newcomer below.
