If you were to ask ten people where Jonesville, Michigan is located, only a few people would know. Jonesville is the home to the model, influencer, and entrepreneur, Dawson Barrett (@dawsonofficial). The town that holds approximately 1,000 people. The young entrepreneur set out to find a way to make a name for himself. After experimenting with many avenues and ideas, he decided social media was his golden ticket.
Barrett started at the age of 16, starting on Instagram by working with photographers to display his physique. He would eventually expand to the popular video making platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and eventually YouTube. In four years, Barrett became a published model and CEO of his own clothing brand named Corestheix. Barrett has pushed himself to become a bigger name than he thought possible at the time.
Content creation means more than social gratification, a follower, or a viral challenge for Barret. Barrett used his social media status to give back with his virtual training program. There, he is able to help people reach their goals all over the US. Barrett is based in Arizona lives a healthy lifestyle and showcases it to his followers in order to keep them motivated. Furthermore, he adds to his content by posting motivational content free of charge to inspire and lead the current and next generation.
