Las Vegas entrepreneur and marketing guru, Steve “Capo” Newland, has been consistently behind the scenes pushing buttons behind some of the largest brands/name on social media. Originally from Willingboro New Jersey, but calls Atlanta home, began his industry rise dating back to Tokyo, Japan back in 2006, where he was a key member and mentor of the well know record label, Private Club Records and their flag ship artists Madeintyo (Made in Tokyo) and 24Hours, the brother rap duo.
Capo, was influential to the development of several artists on the label, along with many others, helping guide and support careers of artists like, Rich The Kid, Lil Scrappy, the late Speaker Knockerz, and more. Capo who gives credit to his cousin Halim Rice, an label executive and manager for Rap Icon, 50 Cent and G-Unit Records, as teaching him the music industry from the inside out.
