RESPECT. Feature: Bunlo is Aspiring to be the Next International Star

Bunlo is a Spanish/English speaking trap artist. He recently started getting more into latin music(reggaeton*). He’s originally born in Miami, but grew up in Colombia until the age of 7 and then moved to Canada and raised in Toronto. He’s listens to different varieties of music at all times, but the biggest influences for him would be 50 cent( G Unit), Styles P, (D Block), all of Dipset, Fat Joe, Migos, Lil baby and Da Baby, and Money Man. These are the artist that most influence him now and back then to become the artist that he is today.

RESPECT.: What is your biggest accomplishment thus far?

Bunlo: The first time one of my songs hit 100,000 streams on Spotify was a big accomplishment for me. I won a NXNE competition where the winner would get flown out to perform in front of industry known names.

RESPECT.: What do you see yourself in 5 years?

Bunlo: In 5 years from now, I see myself selling out concerts, having a big hype built up around me, getting a spot on the top 100 billboards and winning a Grammy.

RESPECT.: What legacy do you wish to leave behind?

Bunlo: Everyone to believe in themselves. I want people to remember me as the artist who put his whole team on and everyone around him was going to make it. My music will forever tell a story of how one can make it in the music industry if you stay on track and keep on chasing.
