His advertising agency launched campaigns for MTV that were successful that lead to a connection to Allergen where Graham takes care of their social media and brand partnerships.
In our recent interview, the Miami-native dissected his career, talked about the brands he works with, and much more. Peep the full conversation below.
What exactly do you do for a career?
I’m an entrepreneur and business owner. Right now I own a venture capital firm that helps fund newer brands that I’d like to be a part of, other than that I do digital marketing for numerous companies. Some include MTV, Allergen, Rolling Loud, Pink Dolphin, and many top tier DJ’s.
What is the name of your company and what does the company do?
I am the founder of Kramer Advertising. The main areas of focus are marketing and advertising, social media and venture capital. From there we help companies get their brand exposed throughout multiple online social media platforms to help monetize their brands and scale them to be seen worldwide
Where are you from? Where did you grow up?
I was born and raised in Palm Beach, Florida.
What are some brands you have worked with?
I’m a managing partner at Pink Dolphin Clothing. I also manage social media marketing for
Rolling Loud and Allergan.
What was the process for you to find what you wanted to do?
Most of my family is in business so from a young age I’ve always known that I wanted to start my own business. Around the time when I started brainstorming ways to go about achieving that goal, social media was starting to become a revolutionary force throughout the world especially for brands and companies. I immediately recognized how vital social media would become so I became a master at all things digital marketing and have expanded my company and expertise from there.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
I love that I can help brands grow and reach their goals. I also mentor other entrepreneurs which I find extremely rewarding because I’m able to provide knowledge and experience but also learn from them at the same time.
What is your greatest success so far?
I have found a way to live the life I want to live through building brands and helping others. I am very fortunate and grateful for this because not everyone is able to say the same.
What does it take to be a successful entrepreneur?
You must have tenacity in order to be a successful entrepreneur. Not all of your ideas or ventures will be successful. But instead of seeing them as failures, you must see them as lessons and motivation to get it right next time.
What is some advice you would give to a young entrepreneur?
Become a master at networking. Find a mentor and be willing to learn and take advice from others. Also, be prepared to hear “no” a lot, it’s just the nature of the profession. Let the “no’s” be your motivation. But most importantly, be humble – you could be the smartest guy in the room and have the most successful company but if people don’t respect you then none of that matters.
