20-year-old rising artist Kafar Myers drops his new music video for “True 2 Self” which is a track off his latest mixtape entitled, Self Privilege. In the video he uses his voice as a tool to share his deepest thoughts and perspectives.
When asked about the music video Kafar says, “From rapping in front of people on the train to even taking flicks with new fans, this experience was the best.”
His cerebral approach to art reaches beyond the recording studio too. Kafar’s poetry book ‘Soulful of More’ has sold hundreds of copies through online retailers. Next month, the Pennsylvania based emcee will be hosting his Self Privilege music showcase at the Khalahari Convention Center.
