Producer Eleven started She Got Next in 2009 advocating for females in the music business since 2008 , through female mixtapes, documentaries, radio shows and cyphers. While doing PR for artists such as Mr. Cheeks, Neek Bucks, Lee Mazin & Full Force. He decided to put together the 1st All Female Compilation album titled, She Got Next.

Eleven is also partners in the female music conference FEMCON, which is the brainchild of DJ Tariq. The 1st single “Luke Dancer” features Battle Rap veteran Norma Baytes, a sexy strip club song,  it also features his good friends & bizness partner Lady Luck and a host of other names we know & a few up and comers such as Bonnie3,  Lady Luck, Kia Jefferies, Babs Bunny, Norma Bayts, Tina Brule, Young K, Kechi Onye, Pinky, Pebblee Poo, Champ Diva, Biea Da Arsonist, Essence,  Ashley Nyx, Ms Fefe, Marla Mystique, Stassi, Hontiss & MatrimonyX.
