Rapper, singer-songwriter, and producer, Zenden Lavon has returned to the music scene with the official visual for his latest single, “Blue Dream“. As a current resident of Los Angeles, California, this creative credits his experience of living in several different countries as the driving force behind many of his concept-driven projects.
Being heavily influenced by Bob Marley, Andre 3000, and Jay-Z, Lavon prides himself on creating songs that are lyrically sophisticated, while keeping the Jazz influence that was evident on his album ‘Be Vol. 1.’
“Blue Dream” is a smooth, melodic track that chronicles finding peace of mind through the chaos, and accessing one’s serenity. Zenden’s distinct delivery and flow over an Emani & Enok beat, creates an infectious vibe that plays out through the whole song.
In the video you will see the LA based artist surrounded by a bed of flowers, candidly firing off conscious lyrics. As he raps about finding tranquility, the accompanying Bear Witness-shot visual paints a broader picture of conquering the day even through life’s craziness. His lighthearted on camera charisma is one element of this release that truly stands out.
With an impressive start to the year, and an undeniable talent, Zenden Lavon is on his way to the top of the music business.
