Jacksonville rapper Dee Watkins continues his momentum off the strength of breakout single “Bad Ass Jit” and the recently released “Goin Broke.” This week, the emerging rapper remixes YoungBoy Never Broke Again‘s smash hit “House Arrest Tingz,” dropping melodic bars that channel the spirit of the original and give it a Floridian twist. Furthermore, Dee raps about almost having his heart broken and not going to school amongst other things.
“Staying humble and showing up, I ain’t cocky / I put my heart back in a box and then I locked it,” he raps. Check out the video below.
