Los Angeles native Pierre Balian has an interesting story. At a young age, his parents introduced him to the sounds of Motown, specifically Michael Jackson and so began his love for music and dance.
In 1992, Pierre would take his talents to the ice as a competitive figure skater and would go on to win multiple national titles and travel the globe experiencing what the rest of the world had to offer. In 2010, his career as a figure skater would come to an end due to an injury sustained during the European Championship which also happened to be the Olympic qualifying competition for that year.
He would go on to enroll as a Fashion Design major at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merch where he would graduate and begin a brief career as a stylist for artists such as Chris Brown, Jeremih, and The Game.
This would begin a new chapter in his life by diving into the music industry knowing absolutely nothing about the business. A quick learner, hanging out in the studio suddenly became a job. He was introduced to Justin Bieber where he spent hours upon hours in studio with the “Prince of Pop” observing and learning. Since then, Pierre has been in the studio working on various talented artists such as SK8, G Eazy, Stanaj, French Montana, and many more.
In 2017, Pierre launched his company, For The Culture Couture, with a focus on music and marketing. His extensive network of social media influencers and knowledge of social media marketing enabled him to be a force to be reckoned with. Pierre dove into the international scene and began working with a Brazilian popstar thus, creating a buzz in South America by doing so.
Currently, Pierre has multiple projects in the works, one of which as executive producer on a project with Warner Music, Brazil and another with Latin producer Maffio. Both set to release 2020.
