Oakland-native Ayo Shi is making her way to the top. Her latest visual for “YDFWM” is doing numbers and there’s no surprise that her lyrical talent is propelling the artistry across the Bay Area. Moreover, the song features Yxung Rell and directed by Shooter7even. “YDFWM,” short for “You Don’t Fuck With Me” is a nod to a significant other not reciprocating the love. It’s a tale of all the ups and downs in a relationship with spectacular visuals that depict each lyric.
“Never thought I would leave, but I can’t think about staying / Should’ve listened to my friends when you said they was hating,” Shi raps. Peep the visuals for “YDFWM” down below.
