Dr. Saif Shere Is a Hip-Hop Celebrity Dentist Making a Name For Himself

In the world of our beloved celebrities, Bollywood Saif remains the go to man in hip-hop when it comes to taking your smile to superstar levels. From Houston, Saif Shere is a well established dentist who’s clients include Moneybagg Yo, Keyglock, Yella Beezy, NBA Youngboy, YFN Lucci, Jetsonmadeit, Southside of 808 Mafia, DJ Durel, Hoodrich Pablo Juan, YNW Melly, Boston George, Sauce Walka, Da Baby and many more. We had the pleasure to talk to him about his success story and more.

RESPECT: Dentist is what you always wanted to be?
Saif: I’ve always wanted to be a dentist since I was a kid.

RESPECT: What are some of your most memorable encounters with celebrities?
S: I’ll never forget when I met NBA Youngboy and he started dancing at his house and threw 200k in the air and started laughing. When I met DaBaby he told me he will be the hottest rapper in the country.

RESPECT: As a dentist, you probably get to tell people things about their teeth that they probably didn’t know. What are some of the best reactions you remember getting from you patients/clients?
S:I’ve done so many cosmetic cases and I’ve had several patients tell me “you changed my life and I can smile again”.

RESPECT: What is a regular day in a dentist’s life look like?
S:The day starts off with 100 texts and emails and patients trying to get appointments, going over the schedule with the staff. Making sure all the previous day patients are ok and healing and no complications, seeing patients for veneers consults who come across the country. Performing procedures like root canals and fillings and veneers.

RESPECT: What is the weirdest question your patients have asked you?
S:Are you single and will you marry me.

RESPECT: What we’re really interested in is hearing about is your booming business of diamond teeth and grills. Tell us a little bit about that.
S:So the diamond teeth game started when I went to buy a pair of Yeezys upstairs on the 2nd floor above Johnny Dang’s shop, he looked at me wearing my scrubs walking in and asked me if i’m a dentist and told me he needed one. He said I’ll send u a client and I need u go take off his old golds and mold him up. After that it was a wrap. We have been good friends since and traveled together and have been doing grills for a long time.

RESPECT: What are some of your goals for 2020?
S:My goals for 2020 are to keep on perfecting smiles and changing peoples lives! And to get married and have kids!
