Florida Rapper Nova LooseCanon Talks Being Signed To Sky Burg Records & More

Rising artist Nova LooseCanon from Boynton Beach, Florida has a story tell. The 19-year-old rapper made friends and grew a strong passion for battle rap. That same year, Nova took music seriously after his friend spends his last dollars on a studio session. His musics relates to pain, hustle, and deep depression, but the Florida-based artist has turned it into a gift.

In 2019, Nova Loosecanon finally got a break he was looking for, meeting a Freezzy Brick who was willing to give him a shot solo Sky Burg Records picked up and signed nova Loosecanon. Check out the interview below.

I don’t have much influence in my city ’cause no one really made it big in the music industry but for iconic artists, It’s 2pac, Snoop, Nate Dogg, and DMX.

I knew I had it in me but never really focused on making music ’til I started going to the studio in working more on my craft kept getting good feedback so I kept it going.

Freedom not the same but I can’t complain it changed me in many ways getting deported from my parents and coming back to the US it opened my eyes to a bigger picture meaning I saw a way out. That’s easier than back home, my culture has amazing artists but the marketing sucks.

My parents both actually supported me financially in holding it down for me ’til this day my OG’s be the first to watch unreleased projects or videos.

My sound is very iconic humbling and global I come with different vibes every time I walk in the booth.

I don’t have a main producer right now but one I’m rocking with gets the job done.

I’m not one of these Instagram rappers or artists you won’t catch me in public down or quiet. I don’t care if I’m alone or with a group, I’ll be me and you gonna get the same energy if I fuck with you, if not you’ll know it.

Keep branching so I can have more than just one fixed income. New music and videos, more collaboration with foreign artists, whole new wave in take over sky burg the label. I met Freezzy Through my Camera Mam freezzy came on the set while We was shooting the video for Bangin Out and He liked what he saw some times u don’t have to introduce your self your talent should speak for its self since then we’ve hung out spoke about business in he proposed what he think he can provide to get me better and out there to the world since then we clicked up in been working hard to get things done the right way.
