Hailing, North Carolina, singer-songwriter Zae France has always been surrounded by uptempo music and relatable lyrics. He was raised by a single mother who was apart of a Gospel group; France grew up in church and gives credit to his mom for teaching him how to sing. Although, it wasn’t until the age of fifteen, France decided to take music seriously. Fast forward to now, Zae draws inspiration from Al Greene, Eric Bellinger, and Usher to create a sound of his own with Rhythm n Backwoods. The NC-native delivers a 14-track effort with features from Mizzy Lott, Ty Asian, and Red Carpet Rich.
“Everyone isn’t going to like you or what you have to bring to the table and that’s fine. Just surround yourself with solid people who accept you for who you are and you will succeed always,” the press statement reads. Check out Zae France’s debut project here.
