Today is Women’s Equality Day, where the United States commemorates the 19th Amendment. Not only that but DMV legend Wale drops a song to celebrate, “BGM,” or “Black Girl Magic.” This one is dedicated to all the queens out there working extremely hard, because “every Empire needs a Taraji,” Wale states.
“BGM” arrives a week after Wale’s “On Chill” visuals, which have garnered over 4 million Youtube views since its release. Additionally, Wale will be headling a tour this fall. It will begin September 30 in Florida and carry out until October 28 in Seattle. Check out “BGM” above.
