With his recent project, ‘mercury,‘ The Code has released his new visual to ‘slowdancinginamerica.’ The group doesn’t have a certain genre limitations with the music they have put out. The video focuses on the choreography of two dancers to a white backdrop. With their sudden moves facing us, the background shows the city of New York City. The images depicts the modern day life of New York City. The Code states that the music is power and it doesn’t need imagery or personality. The ‘slowdancinginamerica’ video was directed by Joseph B. Carlin for TRANSFIXION. Carlin previously helmed The Code’s video for ‘moments’, while his other credits include XYLØ, CADE and Computer Magic.
