For the guys who aren’t familiar, Wu-Tang Clan made history Sunday night by performing at a historic church venue called the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. They are on tour celebrating the 25th anniversary of the album 36 Chambers. It was a sold out show in minutes when going on sale. Wu-Tang had the crowd rocking with old school jams. They performed the whole 36 Chambers throughout the show. In the mix of the show, they did a tribute to the late great Old Dirty Bastard. The energy is crazy from beginning to end.
“It’s an honor to be here in Nashville, Tennessee, at this historical event,” group mastermind RZA told the sold-out crowd. “Tonight will be the first night that hip-hop performs at the Ryman. And listen, it’s all because of you.”
