I kind of dig how the artists have begun taking over the festival circuit in the last few years (ie. J. Cole, Chance The Rapper, Lil Wayne…is Drake bringing his back for 2019?). The latest star to be added to that constellation is none other than H.E.R., who has announced her first annual Lights On Festival…the big event will take place September 14th in Concord, CA, across from bridge from the artist/musician’s hometown (Vallejo).
The currently announced line-up already includes Jhené Aiko, Summer Walker, Ari Lennox, Daniel Caesar, Melii, DaniLeigh and more…expect more names to be added soon.
Head over to the festival’s official website for more info; tickets officially go on sale this Friday (pre-sales tomorrow).
