If you weren’t already excited for Mozzy’s upcoming project, Internal Affairs, then this single should do the trick. On the track Mozzy delivers gritty street bars over a soulful beat. He takes the time to reflect on the trials and tribulations of his life, while also making it clear that he’ll do anything to ensure his survival.
The song was accompanied by visuals that take advantage of the track’s soulful sound and creates, what I’m calling, a meditative gangster vibe. Mozzy doesn’t shy away from flaunting some of his newfound wealth but is able to do so in a way that also illustrates his roots and the lifestyle he came from. The combination of both the track and the visual will make you feel Mozzy’s experiences and contemplate your own.
The track is available on all platforms, including Apple Music, Spotify, and Tidal. Watch the video below, and let me know what you think.
